VisaReady is an AI-powered visa interview preparation tool. The service includes:
- Mock interview sessions conducted by an AI interviewer
- Real-time biometric readiness analysis (composure, voice, gaze stability)
- Readiness reports scored across 7 categories
- Optional premium reports and PDF downloads
VisaReady is a practice and preparation tool. It is not an official immigration service.
3. Account Registration
You may create an account using email and password or Google authentication.
When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Permitted Use
VisaReady is intended for personal visa interview preparation only. You may use the service to:
- Practice mock visa interviews
- Review your readiness reports and scores
- Track your improvement across sessions
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use VisaReady to:
- Access the service using automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Misrepresent VisaReady results as official immigration assessments or guarantees
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to another person
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring algorithm or any part of the platform
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Important Disclaimer
VisaReady is a preparation and practice tool. It does **not**:
- Predict whether your visa application will be approved or denied
- Constitute official immigration advice or legal counsel
- Replace consultation with a qualified immigration attorney, visa consultant, or licensed advisor
- Guarantee any specific outcome in a real embassy interview
Readiness scores reflect how well-prepared you appear across measurable criteria — composure, content quality, and voice patterns. They are not an assessment of your legal eligibility, documentation strength, or likelihood of approval. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers based on criteria outside the scope of this tool.

7. Intellectual Property
WOW Media Productions (Pvt) Ltd owns all rights to the VisaReady platform, technology, scoring algorithms, and software.
You retain ownership of your personal data, your interview responses, and the readiness reports generated from your sessions. We do not claim ownership of the content you provide.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the VisaReady platform without written permission.
8. Payment Terms
VisaReady operates on a freemium model:

Basic readiness report | Free
Premium Report (detailed analysis + improvement guidance) | $3 USD
Report Download (PDF export) | $3 USD
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to update pricing. Any changes will be communicated before taking effect.
9. Limitation of Liability
VisaReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW Media Productions (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for:
- Visa application outcomes or denials
- Decisions you make based on your readiness report or scores
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
- Loss of session data due to browser issues, connectivity problems, or other circumstances outside our control
Your use of VisaReady is at your own discretion and risk.
10. Termination
You may stop using VisaReady at any time. You may delete your account through the account settings page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your access to the service ends. Stored session data may be deleted in accordance with our privacy practices.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Continued use of VisaReady after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from your use of VisaReady will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
